Following the development of the multi-tenant RAG chatbot for LiveSession, I designed and delivered a comprehensive 4-part training programme to enable the team to fully master and maintain the product independently. Part 1 - RAG Fundamentals How embeddings work, the indexation and retrieval process, the different types of RAG systems. Goal: team understands the technology. Part 2 - The Custom Implementation Intelligent user question reformulation, automatic PDF OCR, advanced table handling. Goal: team has complete command of their own product. Part 3 - System Limitations Which question types the RAG handles poorly, which document types reach its limits, and first-aid steps when things break. Goal: team knows how to react. Part 4 - Hands-on Workshop Vector database restoration, Grafana dashboard, predictive scaling, technology watch. Goal: maximum operational autonomy. Today, LiveSession has full command of its product and no longer needs external intervention for most operations.
